The production process of ASME SA213 stainless steel tube usually involves melting raw materials such as iron, nickel and chromium in an electric arc furnace. The molten metal is then cast into billets, which are heated and rolled into seamless pipes using a piercing machine. These tubes are then further processed through a series of cold drawing and cold rolling operations to bring ASTM A213 stainless steel tubes to the desired dimensions and surface finish. The manufacturing process of ASTM A213 seamless tubing adopts cold drawing, cold rolling, cold drawing and other technologies to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the tube. In addition, ASTM A213 stipulates the chemical composition, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and other requirements of seamless pipes, and also regulates the appearance, size and marking of A213 stainless steel tubing.
