Application SS Welded Pipe
SS welded pipe is usually a large diameter pipe, and the production size standard of Pipe complies with ASME B36.19. Stainless steel ERW pipes are generally large-diameter pipes and are widely used. They are mainly used for low-pressure fluid pipes and a large number of pipes for transporting fluids, such as water, gas, natural gas, oil, boilers, mechanical parts, and sewage pipes.

Stainless Steel Welded Pipe Production Process
The typical production process of SS welded pipe: Raw material decoiling-flattening-end shearing and welding-loop-forming-welding-removal of inner and outer welding beads-pre-calibration-heat treatment-sizing and alignment-eddy current testing-cutting-hydraulic pressure inspection-pickling-final inspection-packing-shipment.
The raw materials of spiral steel pipe are steel coil, welding wire, and flux. Before forming, the strip steel is leveled, trimmed, planed, surface cleaned, transported, and pre-bent. The weld gap control device is used to ensure that the weld gap meets the welding requirements and that the pipe diameter, misalignment, and weld gap are strictly controlled. After cutting into single steel pipes, the first three steel pipes of each batch must undergo a strict first inspection system to check the mechanical properties, chemical composition, and fusion status of the welds. After the surface quality of the steel pipe and the non-destructive flaw detection are checked to ensure that the pipe-making process is qualified, it will be officially put into production.
