Titanium Grade 4 is an unalloyed Titanium with high oxygen and it has the best strength as compared to other titanium grades. With the best corrosion resistant feature it has good forgeability and weld-ability. We can supply Titanium Gr 4 Heavy Hex Bolt as per ASME B18.2.1, B18.2.3.6M, DIN 933 and Heavy Hex Nut as per ASME B18.2.2 & B18.2.4.

Commercially Pure Titanium Grade 4 is the highest strength pure unalloyed Titanium with high oxygen and extra high strength. Grade 4 displays the highest strength of all the unalloyed CP grades.

The titanium & titanium alloy fasteners include titanium bolts, screws & studs manufactured to ASTM F468 / F468M and titanium nuts manufactured to ASTM F467 / F467M. Both of the standards cover 8 grades of titanium & titanium alloys: titanium Grade 1 (R50250), Grade 2 (R50400), Grade 4 (R50700), Grade 5 (R56400), Grade 7 (R52400), Grade 19 (R58640, Ti-38-6-44), Grade 23 (R56401, Ti-6Al-4V ELI), Grade 32 (R55111, Ti-5-1-1-1). The fasteners can be cold formed, hot formed, or machined from suitable material.

Grade 4 is known as the strongest of the four grades of commercially pure titanium. It is also known for its excellent corrosion resistance, good formability and weldability.

Though it is normally used in the following industrial applications, Grade 4 has recently found a niche as a medical grade titanium. It is needed in applications in which high strength is required:
